"Nice pen, refill hunt was a pain"
The pen itself is actually really nice and I like using it, but wow, finding the right refill was way more annoying than it needed to be. I figured it would be a quick search, maybe click once or twice and be done, but nope. Had to dig around, compare sizes, second-guess everything… all for a pen refill. Not a dealbreaker, and I’m still happy with the pen, but seriously, why is this so complicated?

"Too pricey"
It’s okay, but not for the price. I expected more. It just feels like it costs too much for what you get.

"Really solid pen, just a tiny finish mark"
I got one of their pens i was in a good mood opening it up because I’d been looking forward to trying it. The machining feels very precise, the threads are smooth, there are no rough edges, and everything lines up nicely. It has a solid feel in the hand too. I’m giving it 4 stars only because the finish had a tiny mark on it right out of the box. Not a huge deal, but I did notice it. Overall, I’m still happy with it.

"Clean, minimal design!!!"
I’ve always liked the style of bigidesign stuff!!! Their products have this clean, minimal look that caught my eye right away. A lot of it has that solid metal vibe, but it doesn’t feel too flashy or overdone, which I really appreciate!!! You can tell they put some thought into the little details, too. The only reason I’d go with 4 stars is that some of the items start to look a little similar after a while... but overall, I still think the design is really nice!!!

"Not awful, but kind of a hassle"
My snap judgment: the pen issue itself was annoying, but the warranty support made it feel more frustrating than it needed to be. They did get back to me, so it wasn’t a total disaster, but I felt like I had to keep chasing them for updates. Not terrible overall, just slower and more hands-on than I expected

"The clip looks good, but…"
The clip looks good, but it doesn’t feel all that sturdy to me. It slides off my pocket way too easily, like it’s not gripping quite tight enough. For around what I paid, I was expecting something a little better, so it was kind of disappointing

"Feels Great to Hold"
It feels—actually, let me say it this way: it feels really good in the hand. Comfortable, nice to grip, and just easy to use overall.

"Holding up well"
I’ve been using it for a few months now and it still feels really solid. Definitely has a sturdy, tough build to it, though I do notice the weight sometimes. Not a huge deal, just there.

"Mine showed up with scratches and..."
Mine showed up with scratches and the edges felt rough, like it hadn’t been finished properly. I reached out and just got one of those canned “sorry for the inconvenience” replies, which made it more annoying. I wasn’t expecting perfection, but this was disappointing.

"I really liked the design when…"
I really liked the design when I first got it, and it does feel solid in the hand. The tool itself still works fine and the machining seems decent, but I’m a little disappointed that the finish started getting small scratches so quickly. For the price, I expected it to hold up better. It’s not a bad tool by any means, but I kind of regret not looking around a bit more before buying it.

"Support came through in the end"
I had a small issue with my order, but customer service got it sorted out. It took a bit longer than I was hoping to hear back, which was a little annoying, but they were friendly and didn’t make the process complicated. I’d heard they were reliable when something goes wrong, and this kind of confirmed that for me. Happy overall.

I was frustrated with how long I had to wait for it, but once it showed up, I was happy with the quality. The metal feels tough and well made, and I’ve been using it every day without any problems so far.

"Looks Nice, But I’m Not Fully Sold Yet"
The items do look Nice, and I can see the appeal, but I’m still not totally confident in the brand yet. There isn’t a ton of info out there, and the reviews seem kind of Mixed, so I’d probably hold off a bit before ordering again

"Good product, but shipping was a hassle"
I ordered from bigidesign.com and, to be fair, the product itself is really nice. The delivery side was frustrating though. The tracking barely updated, it showed up much later than expected, and I had to reach out myself just to figure out what was going on. I get that shipping delays happen, but for the price, you’d reasonably expect clearer updates and a smoother process. Not a terrible experience overall, but I’d definitely think twice before ordering again

"Perfect Little Pocket Carry"
This fits easily in my pocket and the weight feels really nice in hand. Small win for me: I can carry it around without feeling like I’ve got something bulky weighing me down.

"I really thought this was going to bring..."
I really thought this was going to bring something new to the table, but it feels like a few minor tweaks being hyped up as a big deal. It works okay, sure, but nothing about it actually made my day-to-day use easier. For the price, I was kinda let down ngl. Wouldn’t buy it again...

The site looks nice at first, but actually using it was kind of frustrating. I had trouble finding basic things, and the menus on my phone felt clunky. Checkout also took more clicks than it really needed to, which made me wonder if anyone actually tried going through the process on mobile before launching it. It’s not terrible, just more annoying than it should be
